After I-forgot-how-many gruelling hours, I'm finally done!

I was online the whole day in RF because there's a modified rate of x2 pt, drop and mine. While waiting for a ship, somebody approached me and said,

I'm not sure where in that part he mentioned about our first year anniversary. But from the looks of it, it's like they're visiting this site.

In another news, finally after almost more than a year of playing RF, I GOT MY FIRST ELEM! WWWEEEE!!!!

Wow! 1 day of no pc and internet! It's worth it because yesterday was our 1ST YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

Day started when Mike came here around 10am in the morning. I was still asleep - drooling. We went to Tagaytay and ate at Josephine's for lunch. It was no extraordinary meal but man...! I was so full! After Josephine's we went to Starbucks and grabbed ourselves some coffee. While waiting for our turn, a woman behind us asked his American companion, "Do you want frapusino (frapuccino)?" I whispered to Mike, "Oh my... the woman behind us just said "frapusino." We were trying really hard not to laugh. Back at the car, "How about this? Fetusini (fetuccini), Gusi (Gucci)?" and we were laughing really hard

Going back, we picked up Mike's mom and GP for the mass. I don't like going to mass. Aside from the fact that I'm not really the religious type, I find it boring. Especially the sermon part. 90% of the masses I attended, the sermon part were so boring. I think these priests should start taking public speaking lessons and master the attention-grabbing part of speech. Some of them talk like robots. Walaaaang kabuhay-buhay. Back to the mass, I'm expecting another boring sermon but alas! I was wrong. Priest asked,

"Anong pinakamalakas na bagyo ang tumama sa atin?"
He named a few names of typhoon and asked the listeners.
"May mas malakas na bagyo pa dyan."
"Alam nyo kung ano?
"Tukso"
"Kasi madami nang nawasak na tahanan"

After the mass, we ate at a pizza parlor in BF. I was so full again! Hindi pa nga natutunaw yung kinain namin sa Josephine, lumamon na naman ako.

It was a fun and tiring day. Again, happy anniversary Mike

I got a copy of Granado Espada client today. I was curious to see how it is since I've been hearing that it's good and to others it's not good.

I logged in, created my character and went through the tutorial. After a few minutes of playing, I got bored. Don't get me wrong. The BGM, sound effects and the graphics are fine. But it's soooo.... ghey! It's a victorian themed mmorpg so don't be surprised. On their loading screen I read something like "Le Blanc armors available for level 100 coming soon." WTH! Sounds like it was made by some gay french designer!

Maybe I'll still try to play the game and give it another shot. Thank gawd, I didn't downloaded a 3GB worth of files!

I played the game earlier and here are other comments.

Battle and Looting System
There are two ways you can kill monsters - manually or semi-manual. Apparently, manually is you click the monster and they'll attack. The semi-manual is that you control-click a spot full of monsters and they'll attack all the monsters around that spot. Same thing when picking up loots. But this time, you ctrl+shift click a spot where the loots are and they're going to pick up loots around that spot.

In-game bots
Yes, they have a legal bot. You can leave your character/s to level on their own but they won't loot items and "accepts" duels (pvp).

Doesn't promote community
In the long run, I think so. With the presence of in game bots, most players are afk. It's like log-in-and-leave-it game. Seriously.

AFK = no communication = no community

They're actually starting on the "end phase" of RO - bots. Another factor I think is their multi-player control or something like that. Coz in that game, you can control a party of 3. Think of Final Fantasy. Since you have a party on your own, why the need to party to others? Join a faction (guild)? Either they only invite high players, people who they know and they just don't feel like it. And even if you joined one, they're afk. This game is better left as a console game rather than an online game.

Jetpacks
• It consumes a fairly large amount of stamina.
• You need to be at least level 40 before you can wear them.
• You can only "fly" for an amount of time.
• Can only be activated when in peace mode.
• It will deactivate once you are attacked.
• You can put talics in it.
• You'll need to combine whole excelsiors (grades will difffer on their additional def), 99 gli, 99 beam, 1 chaos talic and 1 bag.
• When we made one, it's worth 9m. Not sure if prize is grade/tax dependent.
